- Sale items or items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

- How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ebalavishlayers.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Eba Lavish Layers is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@ebalavishlayers.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The exchange process follows the same steps as initiating a return.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ebalavishlayers.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, as per your preference.
- Late or Missing Refunds
