Refund and Returns Policy

At Eba Lavish Layers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Sale items or items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Gift cards.
    • Intimate or personal items, such as undergarments.
    • Customized or made-to-order items.

  3. How to Initiate a Return
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ebalavishlayers.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Eba Lavish Layers is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  5. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Exchanges
    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@ebalavishlayers.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • The exchange process follows the same steps as initiating a return.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ebalavishlayers.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.
    • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, as per your preference.
  8. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

  9. Final Sale Items
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
